Cancellation Policy
48 Hour Cancellation / 24 Hour Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment we kindly and respectfully ask to give us a 48 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
* Less than 48 hour notice will result in a 50% fee of scheduled service.
* Less than 24 hour notice will result in a 100% fee of scheduled service.
* Deposit can only be transfer once.
* Rescheduled for the second time needs a new deposit.
* NO CALL / NO SHOW will result in 100% fee of scheduled service. Future appointments will not be allowed to book until cancellation fee is paid
Late Policy
I have a very strict 10 minute late policy. When you book an appointment you agree to be charged 100% off your full service if you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment. I try my best to still accommodate late clients however that is not always the case.
Please give yourself enough time to get here for your appointment, traffic in LA is unpredictable and not an excuse for tardiness.
*If you are 10 or more minutes late you will be charged 100% of your services booked and we will have rescheduled.
